There may be some job boards catered to specific industries or job functions that will require this information prior to posting your job. Selecting the appropriate industry and function will help you get the most visibility for your job postings.
Both Company Industry and Job Function can be edited on the Details page of your job posting.
Select the option from each list that best aligns with the role you're hiring for.
Company Industry - the industry your organization engages in. An example of this would be Finance or Healthcare. Select the company industry that best aligns with your business.
Job Function - the function that is performed in the specific job that you are hiring for. An example of this would be Sales or Customer Service. Select the job function that best aligns with the position you're hiring for. You can choose up to 3 job functions.
