The Candidate by Source section of your account Insights will give you a breakdown of which job boards your candidates are coming from.
The Candidate by Source section of your account Insights will give you an overview of which job boards your candidates are coming from.
To access this section, go to your Insights.
Then, select the Candidate by Source tab.
Your totals will be listed at the top of the page. You will be able to view:
- Applications: The number of candidates that applied for your positions
- Moved: The number of candidates that were moved through your pipeline
- Hired: The number of candidates that were hired
Below that, you will see your Candidates Breakdown by Job Boards.
This section gives you a breakdown of which job boards these totals came from. You can export this information into a csv file by clicking the blue Export button.
Below that, you will see your Candidates Source Breakdown.
Here you will be able to view:
- Impressions: Number of times your job appeared in the search results on each job board
- Clicks: Number of times a candidate clicked on a job posting from a specific job board
- Applications: Number of applicants that came from each job board
You can export this information into a csv file by clicking the blue Export button.
